What we hold and where it comes from
We make animated explainer films for organisations. To offer our services in the UK we write to the shared enquiry addresses that organisations publish on their own websites (such as enquiries@ or info@). We keep the organisation's name and website, that address, the page we found it on and the date, any reply, and whether you have asked us not to write again. We do not use personal or private addresses, buy lists, or track opens or clicks.
If you reply to us as an individual, we hold your name and e-mail address to answer you.
Why, and on what basis
To offer our services to organisations (business-to-business marketing). Lawful basis: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); our assessment is available on request. Our e-mails follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations: we identify ourselves and every e-mail lets you opt out.
How long
Organisations that don't reply are deleted within 180 days. Correspondence with people who reply is kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry or an order (accounting rules may require longer for invoices). If you opt out, we keep only the address on a do-not-contact list so that we never write again.
Your rights
You can object at any time – just reply "unsubscribe". You can also ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its use: write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, or to the Swedish authority (IMY), imy.se.
Who else sees it
Data is stored by us. E-mail is sent through our e-mail provider Zoho Corporation B.V. (Zoho Mail, EU data centre), which processes it on our behalf. We never sell or share it.

Our films are animated and voiced with the help of AI tools; every film says so.
